I have booked a property through OYO Vide booking ID GQZE**** at hotel Aerostay OYO **** for ** Jun **. When I reached hotel it was closed. I called hotel manager then he said that they are not receiving any booking from OYO. I immediately raised issue with Oyo they have taken much time meanwhile I have find another hotel nearby and booked a room. Then the customer executive from oyo called me and apologized and cancelled my booking but as per their mail refund amount is zero I have tried calling customer service but no answer. My issue is still pending.
So Oyo should refund my full amount I have paid and the inconveniences cost to me

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
