Policy Bazaar - Refund not initiated

I had paid an amount of ***** Rs for a life insurance policy from policy bazaar which i decided to cancel since they were taking very long to get my medical verification done. I have written to all their representatives who kept promising me that a refund would be initiated and it has now been a month and the money is still not in my account.
