Policy Bazaar - False Promises by Sales Executive and Delay in processing Refund of Health Insurance Policy

We were being pursued incessantly by the Sales Executive from Policybazaar regarding the Health Insurance Policy which i was searching for my mother. Earlier on we had subscribed to a policy which was rejected by the company. The sales executive , Mr Priyam Saxena from PolicyBazaar gave a lot of false promises and pursued us. He informed that he had discussed the case and suggested a few policies which would suit our requirement and also promised that the Policy will be sanctioned. However, after more than * month of having paid for the policy we were informed of a Counter Offer . The terms and conditions were unacceptable and we decided to cancel the policy. The email for the same was sent on ** Jun ** . However as on ** Jul **, we are being informed that the email has not been received and we will have to wait for some more time. The sales executive hasnt responded to our calls or queries since the day the Payment of the Policy was done. Really poor state of affairs. Shame on you!!!
