Policy Bazaar - Wrong information regarding cancellation of medical insurance policy

Milan filed complaint against Policy Bazaar on Dec 3, 2024

I have taken medical insurance from third party app policy bazar naming care supreme i have cancelled the policy within * days because i was not agree with the terms and conditions so when i was cancelling i was told to get refund of around **** only *** rupees will be deducted after *.* months they didnt provide any support to me and now telling we cannot refund amount
