I purchased a water purifier online on ** June worth *****
I paid partly from my credit card and partly from gift vouchers
Due to technical glitch the payment was unsuccessful however my card and vouchers were utilised
So far I have only received refund for **** which I paid from my card and there has been no refund for my vouchers
I am being told to wait daily and there is no support for refund of mu vouchers worth *****
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
