Rohima khatoon filed complaint against Yatra on May 1, 2021
I have rescheduled my flight against which Airlines has refunded my partial amount which yatra is not initiating. Beginning they have sent me an email where they have informed me that they are going to initiate my refund, however, its going to be * month they have not yet initiated. Airlines has confirmed me through email that they have already initiated my refund but Yatra is cheating on me. Please validate and help me with my refund.
