Very disappointed with the kind of service that I have received from Yatra.com with regards to my refund.
Even after Yatra letting me know on January ** that my refund has been initiated and will receive the same in ** - ** working days, it has been more than *.* months and there is no sight of my funds in my account.
After constantly calling Yatra guys, there has not been a resolution to this issue and now on March *rd, I am being told that the refund is stuck with Finance Processing team and will reflect in my account in ** -** working days.
Today when I called to check the status, again I am receiving the same standard answers from Yatra end, when all I request from Yatra end is a proof that my payment has been initiated and will reflect in my account in **-** days.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
