Aishwarya Wuntkal filed complaint against OYO on Feb 18, 2020
I had booked a hotel and made payment of ***/- online and the property manager denied to provide room that day. So I contacted OYO team and they shifted me to another hotel and it coated around ***/-. I paid at the hotel as property manager didn't allow me to check in without payment and oyo never informed me or hotel manager that the payment would be done by their end. After I claim for refund of ***/-, OYO says that they don't have any update from property that I paid at hotel so they aren't initiating my refund till date. Kindly resolve this issue and get my refund back.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
