I had made a flight booking on **th August'** on Travolook.in from Delhi to Kolkata and back from Kolkata to Delhi: which was cancelled from the back end and we also got a call confirming the same. We were told that we will receive the refund within the next **-** days. I have still not received the refund.
I tried calling customer care several times and every time they would tell us that the refund will be made within the next *-* business days.
The reference number for the booking is REF*********
The kind of mental trauma we are going through is tremendous. I am really in need of that money now and there is no hint of the same being coming anytime soon.
