- Refund not initiated by IXIGO Open
Hi, I have booked two tickets from DEL to VNS and VNS to DEL (which cost me around ****) from IXIGO Mobile Application and I have cancelled both the tickets as both the flights were rescheduled by the Vistara airline and because of which I was eligible for a full refund.
I have talked to Vistara and they have initiated the full refund for both the flights booking from there end to the agent(IXIGO).
I have asked IXIGO to check with the airline and initiate the eligible refund.
Firstly, IXIGO is denying for at least **-** days that airline has not initiated the refund that is why they are not able to issue a refund to me.
But , when I called Vistara customer care after a week for the confirmation of refund, they told me that the refund is initiated and the same has been claimed by the agent (IXIGO).
And when again I talked to the IXIGO and told them the same they asked me a time of * days and after * days IXIGO has only given me a refund of *** Rs when I asked why only this much amount then they told me that there is a mistake done from there backend team and they will require * more days to rectify the mistake.
IXIGO has initiated the refund on **th Aug **** and on the same day I have raised this complaint. But now IXIGO is not giving me any answer about the refund and also they are not telling me why only *** rs is being refunded to me.
Every time when I call their customer support I am getting only a single response that is "We need to raise this concern with our supervisor and they will call you ". But I didn't receive any call or mail from their supervisor or from any other department of IXIGO.
I am following up this issue from past * month, I have cancelled the ticket on **th July **** but still, IXIGO is not able to initiate the applicable refund.
