Ixigo - Payment not received

i book a train shalimar express on **th sept old delhi to jammu tawi after sucess payment suddenly my booking was canceled by ixigo . and then ixigo refund me the money in the form of ixigo money. from where i can transfer the money to original payment form when i tried to do that it was showing ypur payment has sucessfully transferred but i couldn't get the money in original payment mode ..kindly please resolve my problem
