On * th of March i had book a bus ticket through Goibibo. But bus was cancelled by bus operator and informed me on call as well on Msg. After that o had raised a complaint on goibibo application and there now its showing complaint resolved but no any information about refund and other things.
I have try to contact them through their number but no any number available by which you can reach them. Try to reach them by email but no any response on that.
No any option to reach their customer support.
Still the problem is same.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
