On dated **/**/****, I missed my train Delhi to Haldwani, and this was my official trip i had to reached haldwani on time. Therefore i booked bus from Makemytrip mobile app. my bus ticked was booked and they charged Rs.***. my MakeMyTrip E-Ticket and Booking ID is NU***************. my pickup point was Anand Vihar Indian oil Petrol Pump i was reached there before Departure time **:** AM. for confirmation i called bus operator on given contact no my booked ticket **********, **********, ***********. Operator received my call and he confirmed that there no any service today **.**.**** for haldwani. so please cancel your booking. as informed by bus operator that there is no any bus service today. i had canceled booking. Now i am waiting for my refund amount from * month but i did not get any response from makemytrip. makemytrip is making fool/cheating and harassing innocent people. They fraudulent with innocent people and making money. I request to you please look into this and help me to get my money return.
