My cousin took the course from byjus and there was ** days refund policy , as per the policy he mail regarding cancellation before ** days but still they are not providing refund and they are harassing my brother . My brother lost his mobile phone and job also . He borrowed a credit card from his friend and made a payment of ***** towards byjus . Now he is not able to pay the EMI after calling so many time BYJUS is not helping him . Now my brother (Akash kumar Bose) is talking about suicide . Please help . I got to know about this app so last hope is there
