i had taken byjus course on * october after taking the course i was not that satisfied with the courcse so i wanted to cancel the course and according to the cancellation policy if we want cancel the course we can cancel the cancel the within ** days so i cancelled now i should get ***% refund as they had promised the refund will be credited within ** days but till the date more than ** days has been completed contacting my cource manager he is saying that you will be not getting any refund and using very vulgar language.his name is venkat mehar(ph no :**********) please try to help me with my refund.
