I enrolled my son Samriddh Chand Thakur in Byjus tuition centre at Majra, Dehradun on *th November **** for class *th, *th and **th. I paid full advance payment of Rs****** for * years i.e November **** to May **** starting from class *th. My son studied from November **** to *st week of February ****. After that there teachers and staff started leaving their job from Byjus. They were not able to deliver proper coaching to students. I applied for money refund in February ****. I received call from Byjus headquarter and they took my bank saving account details and transferred one rupee for confirmation of my account. I was told that I will receive the refund by June ****. After June **** all of their phone numbers were switched off and even their coaching centre at Majra, Dehradun got shutdown. I sent a notice through advocate also. But no use. I have complained in police, but police said that they made a report and now I can file a case against Byjus. Please help me in getting my money back. I am a government employee with a low salary. I paid all the amount through Credit card E.M.I.
