Hai. I have booked flight tickets after Govt announced that flights booking has started from **st May ****. Tickets booked on **nd May as there was death in my family and it's an emergency to go. Flight was cancelled. Airlines has refunded my amount to the travel agency but the agency is not refunding the amount. There is no communication atleast from Yatra. I have tweeted many times, sent many emails but of no use. It has been many days and months we stucked due to lockdown in another place which was not my native. I am poor. I can't afford anymore until I get my money from Yatra. I keep on struggling for the response from them. I am mentally down because of them. Please resolve the issue.
