Hi,
I booked the return ticket from Indore-Singapore and Singapore-Indore (Cost:- *****). I took the flight from Indore to Singapore but due to some reason I wanted to reschedule my return flight to some other day. I called customer care center to change the dates, they were taking so long time on phone and were not giving proper resolution, at last they said you need to pay *** SGD to reschedule the flight, I was OK with that but somehow they were unable to do it for me, mentioning me that we are not able to get the price from airlines.
Later, after so many retries, I booked the ticket, thinking of that I will cancel that flight as its refundable. I again called the customer center guy and asked to cancel the flight and provide me the refunded amount, so that it can help with some amount from which I booked the new ticket, BUT I got shocked after getting the cancellation price from them, they said me I need to pay **** inr if I cancel that flight
They have done a fraud here by stating their own prices which is really not acceptable.
I should get some amt back else what is the use to taking the REFUNDABLE ticket, better we can go by non-refundable as we know we will not be getting any money back and also its cheaper also.
