My Account ********** was suspended on **/**/**** on my request because complaint was not attended from ** days.
Now my Account ********** status has been changed to Active without my consent on **/**/****.
Net is still not working, LOS is still showing on Modem.
I enquired from customer care and get to know that PARDEEP KUMAR has changed your account to ACTIVE from SUSPENDED.
You are requested to take action against PARDEEP KUMAR, Terminate my account and refund the advance in my account as soon as possible.
