Netplus Broadband - Bill paid online but not updated by netplus

I dont know what happened i have paid my bill and share bill details with netplus through gmail and requested them to update it to my account they creat complaint nukber but doesn't solve it and when call there customer service they say me to wait * hours it will be updated its been three days but its no updated.
