Netplus Broadband - Wifi roaming is not working and calling

From the first day I asked the netplus to on my net roaming services my but now it is one month till now nothing is done I have provided all the information, Mac address , also filled everything * times of that wifiroaming link but no response how careless also registered the complaint suffering very much and wasting time everyday but then also sign in required hi show hota haa hamesha also didn't provide wifi calling facility pls help me I are very tired now by calling again and again to them but no response they say in few hours your problem will be resolved or don't pickup the phone but nothing happened and * * month passed no services is provided , date-**/*/****, customer I'd - ******* , name of item - netplus broadband , location - near Baba nirgun Das Gurudwara opposite to fighter health club, khanna , waiting for the problem to get resolved ,
