Yesterday, I booked a room from Oyo App. The booking was prepaid. **** rupees were paid by me by UPI method. The booking id is XHKL****. I mistakenly booked the room for * guest only. I needed to modify the booking. So I cancelled the booking and called your customer care.
They asked me to book the room again for the price of ****. I did that booking. I paid using my UPI. The booking id is FPPL****. They told me that I will get a full refund of amount **** for the cancelled booking in * to * hrs. It's more than ** hours now still I didn't get the refund. I also didn't get the confirmation that refund is initiated.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
