I had booked * rooms of hotel in dwarka( hotel mayur) for * members of my family on **th November through Gobibo. i had paid Rs.****.** to goibibo on ** December. when we reached at hotel mayur at dwarka , they informed us they had already cancelled our booking on **th December and already informed to Gobibo. but i didnot receive any message from hotel and goibibo. i was in very big trouble, where me and my family will stay? , i had contacted to many others hotel for Rooms but they answered me all rooms for sold out for that date. we were in big trouble at that time didnot any shelter for my family, i had requested to goibibo several time for help me out from this situation and provide * rooms for stay there but they had not any help us. after many request they were ready to reimbursement of Rs.****.** for book * room at there but said you had to find hotel at your end. we had tried again to other hotel and they replied same as no room available on that date. we again requested to hotel mayur to provide the * rooms for my family, After many requested they had ready to provide * room in Rs.****.** plus others chagres and taxes. we had no choice that time, so we had to stay there. next day after check out the hotel , i had send the my bill of Rs.****.** to goibibo and ask for reimbursement/refund amount of Rs.****.** . almost ** days have been past they didnot reimburse the bill amount , i am continously following with goibibo , they are not giving me proper reply nor reimbursing the amount committed by them.
