I have enrolled for money back plan on Jan** ,**** for my property listing in their site to rented out my property In mouliwakkam.after **th day on March **,I got call from no broker customer care stating they are not servicing that area..then I said u can refund my moneythen immediatelythey deactivated my account in no broker and they didn't refund till tdy. .but nw they are saying they will refund partially only that is Rs ****.as per plan they has to refund full amount of Rs****.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
