No Broker Com - Painting Work

I have an issue on the Painting work which was started on **th May ** and completed on *th Jun **. In a span of * months bubble has started erupting above my Sliding door partition wall. Cracks are visible in my drawing room.

To my repetitive complaint on No Broker website and over email an representative was assigned by name Mr.Meeraj (an ordinary looing person) who visited my house on **th Sep **. From his appearance he did not appeared to be a technician and appeared as if he visited my place for formality purpose.

Initially he enquire when the painting was done and he also informed that this is under warranty and subsequently on speaking with Dhanraj (Escalation Manager) his approached changed. Mr.Dhanraj over WhatsApp after repeated request informed that this is not covered as this are structural cracks cannot get rectified as they may appear again and that is why no warranty is given on those. And undulation can be minimised with bottom pop or doing work from cement plaster which was not in the quotation.

I have requested No Broker to provide me in writing on *nd Oct ** however till now there is no response on my email.

The justification what they have mentioned above, I have put across over email with my following comments.

a. The paint bubble above my Partition door is not structural changes but painting was done after the partition was made so the question of structural change does not arise here.

b. The wall crack seen was not which is new as I had painted my house earlier and it was not visible that too after * years of earlier painting. However, after re-painting from No Broker it is visible in a span of just * months which shows the quality of painting work being carried out at my place.

c. To reduce indulation and as suggested by the No Broker partner I had done lambi work to avoid layer on wall despite this the layer is very much visible which according to me was less visible when my earlier painting was done. I paid extract Rs.****/- for this work.

My false ceiling was not at all scrubbed and straight paint coating was applied. Time and again we had complained against the painter who had visited my place but no action was taken by Dhanraj who is aware on all the facts and has remained silent. Cleaning was not done and and we need to inform the painter, it was shabby work and this I have provided on the feedback request and I have given * rating on your site.
