No broker com - Ownership money back plan

Hi, I had taken ownership money back plan in no broker for my property in the month of August for my resendintional house in Amruthnagar from no Broker by paying **** premium amount as the term and condition says if no broker fails to get a tenant for me they are going to return back my amount I got my refund amount in the month of October. Again I had taken up the plan for my property at the time of taking I had informed the representative person that if get a prospective tenant I will be negotiating rent and advance which same need to be updated in the website as I was unable to use the application to update my property details I had informed my relationship manager on it but they haven't taken care of it on ** October I had received a call from no Broker representative who had called me for negotiating rent and advance for their client with them also I had told I will giving my property at ***** rent and ****** of advance but that tenant had pent so we rejected the tenant but I got the tenant from the outsiders for ***** rent and ****** advance same I had conveyed to no Broker to deactivate the plan and asked for my refund at that time they told you need to give property agreement the same I had updated them on **th November now no broker is claiming that the rent and advance is not matching as earlier only I had informed they I am unable use your application while taking up plan for second time but to for one of their representatives I had informed my rent and advance amount. When they checked my previous call history they got to know I had informed to one of their representatives on it and the person mani reddy told your refund request as been processed but today when I had called they they are telling your refund is rejected more over the relationship manager had not contacted me when I was unable to use their application for updating my property details they are taking up my money and scamming me on it I have few of the documents which clear states that no broker failed there basic necessary steps while activiting my property
