I try to book my ticket via Goibibo around one month back. Despite payment, they showed in their chatbox payment not received and didn't send any ticket. Somehow I managed to get my ticket from airlines and now when the flight have been cancelled they are not even giving a refund. Again saying you hadn't made any payment.
