OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt Ltd - Refund not given by company and fake closer done by them

Respected Consumer Forum,

I had taken the plan for my * Home Appliances, in the year ****, I raised the complaint about my Ref in the month of Oct **** against complaint number ******* engg visited at my place and found duct of ref is defective which need to be replaced. On **th Nov my complaint has been closed as mentioned remark that part is not available with brand and refund to be processed as per norms and i received the same information via SMS on my register mobile number, but till date I didn't get any amount from the company side kindly look into the matter and requesting you to kindly help me to get the proper resolution.

Doing follow up since long time but not getting proper response from them, even i raised request on National Consumer Helpline website *******, they update the fake remark and close my concern. They are doing mental harassment and i am in stress due to this reason please help me.

I have all the records if require I will share.
