Amit filed complaint against OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt Ltd on Jul 5, 2023
I have booked technician through oneassist on **rd May, ****. It generated no SR ******** and appointed Person named Nazim Khan who visited on **th May and provided an estimate of rs ****. I got AC repaired and paid the said amount. But it did not worked. I have been calling him for last one month. Either he did not pick call or if picks makes excuses. It has been over a month but he has not resolved the issue. Kindly take strict action and ensure that customers are protected from such frauds.
