I had ordered from zara and received * products which I returned later onn because of size and fit issues and i had received the partial refund only and amount of **** of * jeans is not given by zara saying that you returned a different product meanwhile i had returned the same product and shared the images too and the customer service is not ready to listen anything and consistently blaming me that you sent a wrong product and is listening not a single word and saying that the image is not if the same product you ordered whereas it matches exactly with the product I ordered
