Ola auto person had demanded cash inspite of it being online payment. On calling ola support I was advised to make online payment as well on the promise that the refund will be done and I called and made it very clear that I want it back in the source however inspite of that they credited to ola money now refusing to return money and forcing me to use their service this is harrassment as I do not wish to use their service
