Following E-Mail on the Copy sent to goibibo,
Hi,
There is a big communication gap between goibibo and customer like us.
You people are not responding on phone numbers because of limited staff that you people are saying.
But Every company who has a voice support they are receiving call with limited staff but only goibibo is not receiving the calls.
Also you people are showing wrong information in goibibo site that I have traveled but flight got canceled by airline and you do not have any information regarding the same.
In goibibo app there is no helpline number or email ID for communication I have Google it to find your email ID and contact numbers, only Gia is there for support which is not a person.
Gia cannot answer all the relevant questions answers that I asked.
So Gia is the most worst thing ever I have seen.
So how you pleple help your customers.
I was not expecting this from goibibo.
I had booked a flight from pune to Kolkata via hyderabad. But due to lockdown at Kolkata Air India Airlines cancelled the flight from hyderabad to Kolkata and I personally cancelled the booking from pune to hyderabad. How will I get the refund because airindia has confirmed that they have not taken any charge and total refund processed to goibibo.

As per Indigo airline they have refunded Rs ****/- & As per Air India Airlines they have refunded full ticket Amout because ticket got canceled by airlines. But goibibo only gave me refund of Rs ***/-.
Several time tries to contact goibibo but not able to contact through email and phone numbers. They are cutting the phone saying that they have limited staff. In app also there is no contact number or email ID given.
