Oda class - Refund not done by Oda class

We joined the oda bridge course on ** th sept **** but find it difficult to attend classes because of school timings and work load.
As mentioned by ofa to refund the amount within one week, i request on **th sept via call amd email that i want refund as they promise over call and also as per policy.
Till now i called them numerous amount of time but no respone.
Please help to get my money back
