due to CORONA , Flights were cancelled and GOIBIBO has initiated the refund as per the below mentioned details , but amount is not yet credited to my account.

I have provided the above details to my bank, but they are asking accurate information from GOIBIBO , like

But GOIBIBO is not responding to my mails or there is no proper customer care for escalating the matter.
