Hello
I had booked flights with PNR : B****V and O****B and due to some mistake in name , I partially cancelled the booking for one of the passanger using split PNR Y****D and I****X.
Since it was done within **hrs of booking, airline didnt charge any cancellation charges. And refunded partial amount to my MakemyTrip account and further informed that Cancellation charges of both tickets of Rs **** each is also reversed but in booking agency, i.e. Makemytrip virtual account. Below is the content of email recieved from Airlines.

With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that under booking reference number Y****Dand I****X(split PNR for Mr.), cancellation amount of INR **** each is reversed in the travel agency login ID (virtual account) through which the payment was received to us on **th October ****. We request you to contact the agency to claim your refund.

However till date i didnt receive any refund inmy amount of Rs. ****** i.e. Rs. **** either in my Makemytrip Account or my bank account attached with Makemytrip.
