I had ordered a Symphony cooler on March **th **** and made the online payment of **** INR, after placing the order i realise that the product ordered was not suitable for my needs, so I immediately cancelled the order and called up the customer service, I was told to write an email with the concern which I did, now after ** days of the cancellation and multiple follow up calls and emails to the Symphony customer service I am being ignored and no one is replying me and there are no concrete updates on my refund status. Pathetic service, looks like they have looted me and my money has gone. I need my money back please somebody help me
