My shipment still in transit and the team saying shipment damaged at hyderabad facility center.
Destination is : HANUMAKONDA, TELANGANA State.
I am not happy with symphony process, what's the guarantee that next shipment will not damage while transit.
I would like to get my refund amount. rs **** at the earliest.
