Dear swiggy instamart Customer Support,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I've had regarding my order, which remains undelivered despite your records indicating otherwise.
On **/**/**** at precisely **:** PM, I placed an order for ecolink extension reel and hapric cleaning item through your platform. To my astonishment, I received a notification claiming that my order was delivered at **:** PM, just three minutes after I had made the purchase. This is logistically impossible and raises serious concerns about the integrity of your service.
I immediately initiated a chat conversation with your customer support representative named Palak at **:** PM to report this issue. Despite being assured that my concern was noted, the situation has not been resolved. Your team has reportedly attempted to contact the delivery partner multiple times without any response, leaving me in an unsettling state of limbo.
Furthermore, I am disheartened by the response I received when inquiring about a refund. I was informed that I must send an email to your team to request a refund. This seems like an unnecessary delay tactic, especially when the fault lies with your delivery system.
This is not the level of service I expected from swiggy. I have entrusted your company with my hard-earned money, including the product cost and service charges, only to be met with what appears to be an alarming case of fraud and scam.
To compound my frustration, I have spent approximately **-** minutes attempting to resolve this issue and writing this email to you. I believe that my time and trust have been gravely abused.
What is even more concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. I have encountered a similar problem just yesterday, which I invite you to investigate.
Unless this matter is resolved satisfactorily within the next *-* hours, I regret to inform you that I will have no choice but to escalate this issue by reporting it to the police station and the consumer forum. I genuinely hope it does not come to that.
I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and restore my faith in your company. I eagerly await your prompt response and resolution.
