The issue that I have is with ecommerce platform AJIO. It Reliance firm. The problem is that I have been prime customer of Amazon, Myntra and other portals. The things is that I started dealing with AJIO few months back and I have ordered few things like few shoes from AJIO few t shirts from AJIO. So I like the products, now I wanted to order for my wife also. So I bought two Adidas shoes to show my wife if she like it. So I bought it but she unfortunately did not like it. So I made a return request. I received this shoes on **th May and made a return request on **th May and **th may was selected and it was updated that my refund would be made by **th May. But refund was not made by **th May. I spoke to AJIO customer care they said don't worry your refund will be made by **th May and when **th I still did not receive the refund, I made a call and they said that there was a problem with your product, the product which you had sent is being sent to our warehouse and checked by our team and declared non-AJIO product. The product now which I received is what I sent. Now if they haven't receive it is not my fault because the person who came to collect the product also checked the product. I am Prime customer what I receive is what I sent. Now the problem is between their logistics person or the individual who have sent it. It is nothing to do with me. So, they have blocked my refund of Rs.***** and when I am claiming for it they are saying it cannot be refunded to you.
