I had ordered whey protein from my protein India website on Aug ** ****, the order was placed successfully and I had also received the confirmation email but after some time I got a mail that the order is cancelled but I didn't received the refund.
I tried ordering it from different accounts but received the same cancelation mails after receiving confirmation mails.
After waiting for *-* days, I contacted them asking about refund, they told that I will get the refund in ** working days but I didn't receive it, I did multiple follow ups with them till date but everytime they are asking me to wait for *-* days and say they will come back with resolution but they haven't and in my last chat with them they were saying they can't process the return as MSM retails is there official reseller and I need to contact them for refund.
I even sent MSM retails a mail asking about my refund but haven't received any reply from them too. Now, I am getting really worried.
