I ordered whey protein from myprotein brand on * October **** but recieved the package damaged and powder was spilled inside so i went to the website and told them about it they told me to after processing you have to wait for **-** days to see the refund amount reflected in your account. It's been * months and since then they are continuously making fake promises and giving false hopes and dates that you'll get your refund by then and then. But still i haven't received anything and i am feeling robbed so i decided to file a complaint.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
