I have booked some rooms from oyo in the month of December and made a payment of rs. *****. But hotel didn't take my booking and manager refused to take booking. So I canceled my booking but refund didn't not credited in to my saving account , they credited into oyo wallet and now my full money is bound . I have requested lot to oyo customer care but they don't respond infact I have sent so many emails to oyo regarding my refund and I have submitted all details of my account to them through email. But they are just doing harassment.
