Hello,
I have canceled my trip on ** may **** and till now I haven’t received my security deposit. The policy states that the amount will be reflected within** days but it been over * months now. I have never received this kind of problem with Zoomcar.
I have been calling them after the ** days and every week they say wait till the weekend but nothing happens. Now they have removed the option for refund related queries in their toll-free number too. Also, I have emailed them many times but they are not responding to me at all.
I'm facing a money problem because of the whole situation. I didn't accept this from Zoomcar at all.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
