I have initiated refund on **rd sep as my airline cancelled ticket due to reschedule
Then I received confirmation from airlines that we have initiate refund and contact to your agent i.e happy easy go
From that day happy easy go showing refund initiated only
* month past gone but still no response received
Neither their call connect nor email reverts received
