Neeraj Vyas filed complaint against Yatra on Jun 12, 2020
This is with respect to my tickets from Bangalore to Italy and back. We had booked * tickets before Covid-** took place. Once Covid-** broke out, Emirates cancelled our flight and we were told by Yatra that the booking amount will be refunded. We cancelled our tickets on April **, ****. We were initially told that due to Covid-**, it may take upto ** days to process my refund. It has been more than ** days now and I am still waiting for my refund. I have followed up with Yatra so many times and everytime they mention that due to Covid-** they haven't received money from Emirates. When I ask them by when can they get money from Emirates, they have no answer. They keep saying that once the money is received, they will process the refund.
I have followed up with Yatra for more than ** times and still not received my refund.
