I had taken a Super-Money Back Plan from Nobroker to find a tenant for my flat Rs **,***/-
It was a **-day plan (*-**-** to *-*-**), wherein money is refunded if they do not find a tenant or if I find a tenant at same terms
They did not find me a tenant during the *-wks:
** Low tenant visits: field team lethargy during the *st *-wks of the plan...as they thought the financials should be much less; they knew my financials when taking on the project!
** Zilch action during last *-weeks of valid PLAN: Am sure that the NoBroker team would have found me a tenant to start the agreement during Feb -- due to their inaction, I lost my Feb rent!
On my own, I got a deal at better terms than shared with NoBroker but starting from *-*-**
** No-brokerage deal: made by me at much better financials & registered by NoBroker Legal team
The money has to be refunded as they didnt find the tenant..... & I found at better terms
