AirIndia airlines (AI-***) from HYD-CCU(Kolkatta) cancelled the flight and same had been shared with happyeasygo team. However, they take **-** days to refund and when the timeline was about to expire, they refused to refund the money for the flight cancelled by the airlines.
The airlines have already confirmed Happyeasygo Team within **-** days of travel date that cancellation was done from their end and consumer should get a refund. But then also they are not refunding the money.
