I'd raised a request for refund for the amount of Rs****/- that I paid towards Infrastructure Upgrade to fibre which also didn't happened for almost after ** days after payment. So, I'd to raise the request for refund which is pending since more than * month now while maximum time for resolution of such requests is just ** bank working days. Nobody is responding and providing me proper details whenever I connect to them.
