Respected sir,
I booked my flight with for Rs ****/- including ***/- cancellation protection fee from Bengaluru to Ranchi for the date of ** Aug **** but when I cancel my flight ticket due to my personal reasons * days prior of my journey that is on * Aug **** they only refund ***/- on **/**/**** that is totally unfair as I already paid cancellation protection fee so that after cancellation of my ticket I get full refund.But when I connect them through email only auto generated reply came and tell only that we look into your concern and do nothing and when I call to customer care they told that you have to go to liberty policy insurance that is not mentioned while I cancel my ticket and there terms and condition and while booking ticket they highlighted that your cancellation protection is covered under yatra. But now they refused to refund full amount and told that you have to claim on liberty policy insurance that is not mentioned when I cancelling my flight ticket.
Please resolve my concern as it is totally unfair with me and refund my remaining amount as soon as possible.
I hope you understand my problem and take action against the www.yatra.com company.
