- Refund my amount of rs ^Closed

Hi,
I never thought that Yatra would cheat on me. I have purchased Holiday package for Europe (Glimpses Of Europe) from Yatra at the cost of Rs *****/- for the month of May.
I was in co-ordination with the executive Kanchan Verma from Yatra. I have paid an initial booking amount of Rs ***** in *st week of February **** which was informed to me that the amount paid by me would be non refundable. I do undersatnd that.
But emergencies can come up to anyone due to certain circumstances I have to cancel my trip hence I have requested for the refund. And ***** is not a small amount for any person. I had mailed the executive to cancel my trip within a week after my payment for which there was no reply for the mail. After * days I received a revert on */*/** at *.** pm stating that
As per Company Policy, the amount is completely non refundable but we are checking with our team if any thing can be done in this case.
Kindly allow us ** hrs , we will get back to you with the final update.
It's been more than ** hrs still there is no revert from Yatra.
I also understand that when a customer is interested for a package we get end number of calls & emails for the explanation.But when a customer has a serious issue and needs to cancel the trip there is no co-operation/revert from your end. The executive was behind me constantly for the registration process i.e to submit my documents . But unfortunately before submitting the documents I had to cancel my trip. Its a just a matter of week I have paid my money but Yatra is taking such a long time to help the customer.
